Our Story
We have lived in Stockbridge with our family for 14 years, we both worked in the public and private sectors before a change in lifestyle led us to open the shop. We experienced our first refill shop about 10 years ago and had always said we’d love to do open our own one day. To be able to do this in the beautiful setting of Stockbridge is fantastic.
We are passionate that we should all eat more organic food wherever possible, it is the only way of food production that supports the soil and environment long term.
We love food and Kathryn loves to cook delicious plant based recipes for the family, it was therefore important that the things in our shop be high quality as well as sustainable. We personally test everything to make sure this is the case before we add it to our stock list.
We work with local brands and producers to keep food miles down and to support the local economy. We are always interested in suggestions for new products, so let us know if you have found something!
Phil is a qualified Sound Bath practitioner and Kathryn is a qualified Yoga teacher. We have two small children together and Phil has an older son who you may see in the shop during his holidays from University.
We have two other members of our team who work at the weekends; Kim and Annie.

Flow, Strength, Balance
Yoga with Kathryn Campling
I have been practicing yoga for most of my adult life, but it was after discovering an inspiring local class as a new mum in 2016 that I truly connected with it. This experience led me to train with Sun Power Yoga under Anne-Marie Newland, qualifying with 200 hours in 2019. Since then, I’ve taught Vinyasa Flow classes focused on breath and alignment, led retreats, hosted plant-based supper nights, and built a wonderful community of friends. I currently teach in and around the picturesque town of Stockbridge.
