• There is no sebum produced on the soles of your feet so there is no barrier to absorption
• There are over 200,000 nerve endings in your feet, transmitting information back to your brain.

If your restless legs start before you go to bed you would need to apply earlier in the evening. If you feel a headache or migraine coming on you can rub some into your forehead.

The ointment can also be used on children over the age of 2. We have had excellent feedback from parents using it as part of the bedtime routine and also for older children with growing pains.

Suitable for use in pregnancy after week 12. This is due to the Lavender essential oil which should be avoided in the first trimester. After giving birth continued use of the Magnesium ointment may also help with your milk production.
