Whisky Nibs 70% Cacao

Laphroaig peated single malt whisky from the Scottish island of Islay, poured over rare heirloom cacao nibs from the Marañon canyon in Peru. After soaking we give the angels a good share, evaporating off the alcohol before blending the cacao nibs into dark Marañon chocolate.

This is multi award winning and it's obvious why once you taste it! Not overpowering or synthetic in its whisky taste just beautifully complementary to the Marañon Chocolate.
